Refunds & Exchanges

Please note every one of our products are crafted by artisans and all processes are done by hand. Slight variations in colour and fabric may occur which we feel gives the collection its individuality and beauty. If however you are not happy with your purchase please let us know as soon as you receive it. We will be happy to exchange or refund on receipt of the item in original condition. Please do send any product queries before purchasing and we would be delighted to help however we can.

Payment

Payment is due before your order can be processed. Payment is entirely handled by PayPal through their secure servers. Your financial security is their highest priority. With Paypal you never give any of your personal information out. We have no access to your bank or credit card numbers when you use PayPal, only your email and shipping address.

Don't have a paypal account? You do not need to have a Paypal account. You still can pay with any major credit card securely through PayPal. Just click the "pay by credit card" button after going to PayPal.

Shipping

Shipping and handling will take place as soon as payment is received. We are usually able to post your item(s) to you within 2-3 days of your purchase using Royal Mail. If you would like us to send your items via Special or Recorded Delivery do not hesitate to contact us through the contact page. Also if you need anything really quickly then just let us know and we will endeavour to get it to you sooner.

If you would like to send an item to a country not listed please contact us and we will find out the postage cost for you.

To send something as a gift or to another address, please ensure you add the details to the shipping address. Alternatively just add a note to 'Instructions to Merchant'. If you would like to include a gift note in your package then let us know here too.
